At Sandbox Fitness, we approach physical therapies by assessing your current limitations and creating a plan to fix it.
Your assessment will look at your injury history and any current pain you’ve been experiencing. After that, we test your passive range of motion in search of asymmetries and any areas of the body that could have tension that would be causing limitations in your movement. Next, we look at your active range of motion and see which movements are clearly inhibited. We combine the information to create a specialized treatment plan, which guarantees noticeable and lasting changes in as little as 2-3 treatments.
We use this information to eliminate any pain you’ve been experiencing. This information is also useful to predict and prevent future physiological issues. All movement restrictions are predictors of different injuries and syndromes. Conditions like arthritis, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, and carpal tunnel syndrome, can all be prevented if the proper physical therapy modalities are used the right way.
