Carlo Tabula

CAT (C), PERSONAL TRAINER

Coming out of high school I wasn’t sure what I wanted to get in to. But, I knew I had a passion for sports and learning about the body and the way it works. This led me to complete a degree in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo. It was here that I first worked with a varsity team as a student therapist in my last year. This opportunity left me wanting more experience in the world of sports medicine. So from there I went on to obtain a second degree in Athletic Therapy from Sheridan College, becoming a Certified Athletic Therapist, or CAT (C).

During my time in school I had many great experiences, such as working with national medal winning varsity teams, in a varsity clinic, and spending time in British Columbia with the BC Lions of the CFL. In these roles I was responsible for the assessment and treatment of high level athletes.

Aside from working with athletes, I also have experience with other populations, working with recovering cancer patients and in a long-term care centre with residents diagnosed with various physical and mental conditions. Currently, I am enrolled in a Massage Therapy program in order to obtain an RMT certification and further enhance my manual skills.

Throughout my education and experiences, I’ve learned from many different people and have taken part in a number of opportunities that have contributed to my knowledge. I’m excited to share all of this with you on your journey to become the best version of yourself.

Whatever your goals are, my job is to help you get there.

So don’t wait to get started. Book your assessment with me today!
